Hi, I'm Julie!
I’m a dedicated and experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist with a passion for empowering women through every stage of life. With years of experience as a physio and Pilates instructor, I specialise in providing compassionate, individualised care for bladder, bowel, and pelvic pain conditions. I also offer pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for gynaecology and urology surgeries, as well as pregnancy and postpartum care.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and supported in their health journey. Whether you’re dealing with prolapse, incontinence, or pelvic pain, I’m here to help you take control of your body and achieve lasting wellness.
My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy techniques with holistic care, tailored to each person’s unique needs. In addition to physiotherapy, I offer specialised pilates sessions on a 1:1 basis designed to support and strengthen the body during this special time.
